Stack Media Labs allows users of our connected applications and services — including apps built on Meta's platform (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) — to request deletion of their personal data.
Depending on which of our apps or services you've interacted with, we may store limited information such as your name, contact email, or platform-provided identifiers (e.g., a Facebook or Instagram user ID) needed to operate the connected service.
To request that we delete your personal data, email us at the address below with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include:
We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete deletion of your data from our active systems within 30 days. We will notify you by email once the deletion is complete.
Some information may be retained for a limited period where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements, after which it will be deleted.
You can also revoke this app's access to your data at any time directly through the platform:
Removing the app's access there will stop any further data collection, though you should still submit a deletion request to us directly to remove data already stored.
