Stack Media Labs ("we," "us," "our") builds automation tools and digital products, including software that connects to third-party social media and marketplace platforms on behalf of authorized accounts.
Depending on which of our tools or services you use, we may collect:
We do not collect data from accounts that have not explicitly authorized our application.
We use collected data solely to authenticate and maintain your connection to third-party platforms, perform actions you've explicitly requested, diagnose and fix technical issues, and comply with the platform policies of services we integrate with.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to provide the service you've requested, or as required by law.
Authentication tokens are retained only as long as necessary to provide the connected service, or until you revoke access. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 7).
We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect stored credentials and data, including encrypted storage of access tokens. No system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may revoke our application's access to your account at any time through the connected platform's settings, request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request deletion of your data. See our Data Deletion Instructions page for how to submit a deletion request.
Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
